I highly recommend this company. Julian was a huge help in diagnosing and repairing our computer issues. He was prompt and courteous, and went above and beyond to assist us on a weekend, and he clearly explained how to avoid the same issues in the future.

Every year our law firm was constantly jumping from IT company to IT company. We called a few Law offices in the area to see who they used and they gave us REAL Solutions information. It was one of the best decisions we have done because after the last company failed to fix our issue of keeping our Tabs3 software functional; Julian and his team came in and was able to get us up and running in under 20 minutes, while our current vendor was already a week in trying to fix it and were even charging us hourly!

For years, BEFORE we were introduced to REAL Solutions, we had an IT company that we always had problems with. So many times when we contacted them we would have to wait for a while and then we would get attitude from them because we weren't on one of the high tiered contracts. The team is very detailed, organized, and helpful. Great manners and they spent the extra time to explain everything in detail, even though I had to get someone else with some technical knowledge to make sure everything being said is accurate and truthful. Price point wasn't the cheapest, however, it was very competitive against other quotes that we received. Though they were not the lowest, we did our due diligence, and followed up with 3 of their recommendations and they all were overwhelming satisfied with REAL's services.

Our main deciding point was the certifications of all the technicians and we talked with another client that had the same issues as ourselves and once the problem was resolved, they haven't had one IT problem in over 7 months.

REAL Solutions upgraded and secured my whole network within a few days. We have a staff of six and used to deal with a company that was not very responsive to our needs. Probably because they thought we were just small fish in the pond. I am very impressed by such good and speedy results. Their pricing is extremely competitive to other quotes that I have received (actually much less than the standard but not the cheapest either).

It was a pleasure working with Julian specifically. He kept me updated on each step of the way. When we first met Julian, it was during an emergency issue where two of our users were unable to connect and work. He explained it was due to malware and noticed we didn’t have functional antivirus. Apparently, our old company allowed our antivirus to expire and didn’t let us know. He said we had the right firewall in place but it wasn’t configured properly and even showed us what he was referring to, albeit I didn’t understand any of it. I have had Real Solutions Technologies reconfigure my network to run better, added 2 firewall devices - 1 in main location and another in a remote location, changed over to another anti-virus software for our company and monitors it remotely, added another layer of email scanning to make sure we are protected from viruses, phishing, ransom-ware, etc. For those times, when the computer or server issue doesn't require someone on site, Julian can remotely login and troubleshoot the problem. This helps get the problem resolved quicker and allows us to get working again.

Our website was hacked and taken offline while redirecting users to a virus elsewhere. REAL fixed the site, secured it thoroughly, and made it load even faster than before the hack. Highly recommended!
